LevelUpQA, LLC
PURPOSE
This policy describes how LevelUpQA uses artificial intelligence tools in the delivery of consulting and software testing services. The goal is to provide transparency, protect client confidentiality, and ensure accountability for all AI-assisted work.
SCOPE
This policy applies to all LevelUpQA personnel and contractors involved in client work, internal development, and delivery of testing, analysis, and documentation.
PRINCIPLES
- AI is used as an assistive tool, not as a decision maker.
- Human review and accountability apply to all deliverables.
- Client confidentiality and intellectual property are prioritized.
- AI usage is intentionally limited and controlled.
AI USAGE OVERVIEW
LevelUpQA may use AI tools in the following limited ways:
- Assisting with generation of repetitive or boilerplate code artifacts.
- Assisting with early drafting or analysis tasks such as test planning or requirement review.
- AI tools are not used to replace professional judgment, testing expertise, or client decision making.
DATA HANDLING AND CONFIDENTIALITY
- Client code, data, documentation, and other confidential materials are not used to train public or third-party AI models.
- Where AI tools are used, telemetry and data collection features are disabled when configurable.
- Analytical work involving client-specific context is performed using locally run or offline AI models whenever feasible.
- AI-generated outputs are reviewed, validated, and modified by LevelUpQA engineers before use or delivery.
NO MODEL TRAINING ON CLIENT DATA
LevelUpQA does not use client data to fine-tune, retrain, or otherwise improve AI models that are shared outside of LevelUpQA.
HUMAN OVERSIGHT
All AI-assisted work is subject to human review. LevelUpQA remains fully responsible for the accuracy, quality, and suitability of all deliverables, regardless of AI assistance.
CLIENT OPTIONS
Clients may request that no AI tools be used on their engagement. Such requests will be respected and documented prior to or during the engagement.
POLICY CHANGES
This policy may be updated as tooling, regulations, or industry practices evolve. Any material changes will be reflected on this page.
